Q. Is your facility safe?

A. We offer a secure parking facility operated by a Former Local Police Officer. It is a gated facility completely surrounded by an 8' chain link fence with barbed wire with 24 hour recorded video surveillance covering our well lit parking lot.

Q. Any additional fees?

A. Our daily rate includes round trip shuttle service to and from the cruise terminals for up to 6 passengers- Each additional passenger pays a flat $5 fee round-trip.

Q. What times does your last shuttle run?

A. Our last shuttle to the terminal leaves at exactly 2pm.

Q. When do the shuttles start transporting to and from the terminals?

A. We begin picking up returning customers from the terminal at 7am. We begin transporting customers to the terminal at 10:00 am.

Q. How close are you to the Disney terminal?

A. We are only 2.7 miles or 3 minutes from the Disney Cruise Terminal.
